Brand new three bedroom three bathroom duplex split level apartment in the beautiful coastal town of Carboneras. A short drive from Almeria international airport and with good links to the rest of Spain Carboneras is a typical Andalucian white washed town with its year round good weather and friendly people. With its panoramic view and excellent location our duplex allows you access to some of the finest beaches in Spain in a traditional Spanish setting. The apartment itself is air conditioned and set over two floors with a garage for one small family car. You enter the property onto the first floor where there is a modern kitchen, toilet, large salon and bay windows leading to a large terrace with seating and dining facilities. This obviously allows a large amount of natural light to flood the apartment as well as giving panoramic views of the town and the sea. It is set amongst similar houses and communal areas, including a communal pool.
A set of stairs leads you down to the lower floor where there is a large family bathroom, two twin rooms and a master bedroom with en-suite. all the rooms come with fitted wardrobes and ample storage space. The two twin rooms share a common balcony with similarly fantastic views to accompany the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep!
The town is of a traditional nature but has facilities all year round, development has brought a wonderful beach front promenade which stretches the whole length of the shore. A new Marina is being developed to add to the berths for the local fishing fleet which was the traditional source of income for the town. This obviously makes the local seafood a highlight and delivered daily. There are three large supermarkets for everyday use and a large local market on Thursdays for anything from fruit to curtains situated around the picturesque castle in the centre of town. There are also ample restaurants open all year to cater for various tastes. With diving, golf, caves, water parks, rodeo towns, natural parks and fine beaches nearby Carboneras is well suited to cater for almost any need!
