Pleasent summervilla for 8 people with large private pool in first line, and air conditioner, situated in the area Puerto Blanco in Calpe, close to the sandy beach Puerto Blanco, very quiet zone. This villa has fantastic views to the sea and to the mountain. The villa is arranged on one floor (access without stairs). Large and enclosed plot of approx. 2.400m² partly with garden. Living area: 200 m².
Inside: living-dining room with sat-tv and an office/bedroom wich is used as bedroom with 2 single beds. From the living-dining room access to the covered terrace and to the pool. Independent kitchen, completely equipped with gas hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine, coaster, dishwasher, refrigerador and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioner and bathroom in suite with bathtub, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc, washbasin and washing machine.
Outside: large, enclosed plot, partly with garden and with a large pool (10x5m) with metalic stairs and shower, built-in barbecue. Closed parking for 2-3 cars. Only 0,2 km from the sandy beach and marina (Puerto Blanco 200 m) as well as the restaurant, 1,2 km to Calpe town, 1,4 to the next supermarket (Eroski) and 2,2 km to the large beach Arenal-Bol with promenade.
