World famous Marbella and Puerto banus are only short drives away as are many wonderful golf courses and fun activities for Kids. It is a beautiful area blessed with a sunny climate all year round.

Many interesting places for day trips and activity centres for kids. There is a bus stop near the apartment with a regular service which you can take into Marbella if you want to leave tha car behind.
The beach is only 3 minutes walk away with a very good restaurant and a very classy beach side bar.

The Rio Real golf course is located on a site with several hills offering views of the sea. The first 9 holes of the course are the most difficult, due to the river that runs through several of them. From the 10th hole on, they are flatter. Most of the greens are quite flat. All of them are surrounded by bunkers. The course isn´t very uneven, and is comfortable for all levels of player.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30. For 2 weeks Euro 50 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.
 
Payment: Credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.

Good rental

We rented this apartment in july 2012, and were fully satisfied by the flat as well as the residence. We are in the opinion that a car is necessary if we need to do some shopping or go to Marbella. One remark, the sofas in the living room are presented a dirty aspect, although they were clean, but some stains don't go with cleaning...
