The interior modernisation provides well equipped comfortable accommodation with modern facilities; including air conditioning, central heating, broadband internet access, satellite TV (with BBC and ITV programmes) and DVD player.

It is located in the beautiful Campanet Valley, and commands stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains from both the pool area and from the extensive gardens that rise across the ancient stone-walled olive terraces. It is a particularly peaceful location; ideal for total relaxation, bird watching and star gazing.

The gardens extend over nearly 2 acres up the hillside; there are several benches and rock platforms for resting and enjoying the stunning views. There are many trees, many being fruit trees the fruit of which can be collected by guests, and that also provide shade, particularly on the top terrace which is a small pine forest!

The private pool is set in the rocks to the front and side of the house; it is surrounded by a secluded terrace with poolside furniture, from where there are more views of the Campanet valley

Many previous guests have commented that they seldom left the tranquillity of the pool area and gardens, and several knowledgeable travellers have written (in the house guest book) that it is the best equipped and most beautiful house they have ever rented in Mallorca.

Notes
Holidays are booked for periods that begin and end on Fridays.

Payments, of both a deposit and the balance, are made in Euros by bank transfer. Deposits, being 25% of the total price that secure a booking, are non-refundable; and the balance is payable 2 weeks before the beginning of a holiday.

The house will be thoroughly cleaned by Mercedes (a Mallorcan lady who lives adjacent to Casita Mimosa and speaks good English) immediately before arrival, and up to twice per week to meet the wishes of clients. The pool is cleaned regularly by Pedro (the husband of Mercedes; Pedro is an engineer who fully understands all the high-tec equipment (including computer controlled solar panels and several pumps that provide an eco friendly environment).
