Nerja town centre is a short drive away and can be walked to in approximately 25 minutes. The villa has a fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washine machine, fridge freezer fan assisted oven and hob. The villa has a gas boiler meaning that there is an instaneous and endless supply of hot water. The lounge has a dining table & chairs, a 3 & 2 seater leather sofa, a 42 inch plasma television showing english freeview television channels.There is also a DVD & CD player. There is a downstairs toilet. There are 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people. In 2 of the bedrooms there are king size beds & the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom & the master bedroom is en-suite. Off the lounge there is an al-fresco dining area with a dining table & 6 chairs which then leads to the terrace space. The terrace space is very large and there is a pool for the sole use of the villa. There are 6 sun loungers and additional table & chairs. Please note that the villa is for a maximum of 6 people only.

Our villa was not bought as a holiday home but as a home for our family to live in. It was completed in 2008 and we have owned it from new. We lived in Nerja and now reside back in the UK. We have put a lot of TLC in the villa therefore you will find the detail to a higher standard than that of your usual holiday let, right from the floor and wall tiles, the furniture, soft furnishings and the electrical appliances. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy our visits.
