The apartment is air-conditioned with TV, DVD player and satellite. For winter, rentals each room has an electrical radiator.

Parking is located in the garage below the property.

Located at the bottom of Las Atalayas the apartment is within a 10 minute walk to the town centre and/or beaches.

Las Atalayas has a restuarant, tennis courts, childrens play area and pool, please note that there is a small daily charge for the use of the pool

The property has excellent views from the large terrace of the castle, town and the sea. Wake up each morning to wonderful sunshine and eat your breakfast on the terrace. Come inside to the living room to cool off with the air-conditioning!

Peniscola is a lovely Spanish town with great restaurants and a lovely buzz in summertime. Walk the narrow streets of the ancient castle and soak up the atmosphere. Visit the weekly market and stroll the long promenade along the beach. Choose from the active north beach or the more leisurely and shallow south beach, depending on how you feel.
