The villa is only 15 min. away from the airport of Girona and 45 min. from Barcelona. It is situated in a quiet residential area, Puig Ventos, 10 min. from the beach. It offers a lot of privacy and a spectacular view on the surrounding hills and the Pyrinees from the terras.

The bathrooms have a separate shower and bath. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are sunbeds at the terras with a spaceous swimming pool.


The urbanization it self offers a small sport park with 3 tennis courts and 1 basketball field, a small soccer field and an extra swimming pool.

In the nearby towns, there are many activities, from passive up to very active and from cultural to shopping to a smashing nightlife!

There are also many golfcourses, a large waterpark and racingcourses for carts in the immediate surroundings.
