This is a beautiful modern second and third floor duplex apartment located to the front of a quiet and exclusive enclosed development. There are four bedrooms on the upper level, the master being en-suite. There is an additional full second bathroom on the upper level and a shower room on the ground floor with extensive storage. Fully furnished with electrical appliances and air-conditioning to the living / dining room. The large terrace has a built-in barbecue and a sunblind installed.

In the basement is a large private car parking space, conveniently located adjacent to the elevator and stairs which bring you up to the property. The complex facilities include large communal swimming pools with Jacuzzi and pool side bar; 3 paddle tennis courts; children's playground; extensive landscaped gardens and secure underground car park. The complex is fully enclosed with security gates and fencing, a full time caretaker on site, and lifeguard to the swimming pools during the summer months. Adjoining the complex is a promenade walk along the Aguamarina cliff face with fantastic views of the Mediterranean and La Manga, and the apartment is a few minutes walk from the Cabo Roig beach, the Cabo Roig strip with a large variety of bars and restaurants to suit every taste, and public and private health centres and pharmacy should you need them during your stay! The complex is approximately 20 minutes from Murcia Airport and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport, just off the N332 and A7 roads. 5+ golf courses, several beaches with water sports, and the extensive shopping and leisure facilities of Torrevieja and the Mar Menor are all located within easy driving distance. A new Consum supermarket is currently in construction 250m from the property, and the huge new Zenia Boulevard commercial centre complete with most of the well known Spanish chainstores, a casino and bowling alley, is just a few kilometres away. The property has international TV channels installed and for 2013 will also have wi-fi.

excellent holiday

we really enjoyed our holiday from beginning to end,appartement was excellent,every thing you would need,was in it,it was clean and tidy,the owner was very pleasant and helpful

a great place to stay

the apartment was in an excellent location handy for bars and resteraunts and yet very peacefull it was very well furnished and equipped and were met on arrival and departure by owner whose knowledge of the area was very helpfull
