Great central location

Enjoyed a week in this lovely basement appartment. Made a great central location for exploring Palma and beyond. Very close to the cathedral and all main attractions of the old town. Walking distance a bit futher out for reaching main bus and train terminus,although not a problem as plenty of local buses running. The walk is worth the effort as only way really to see Palma properly. The appartment itself has all the main facilities required for a comfortable stay. Basically it is what it is, a basement appartment which although partically below ground level does experience some street noise, but this is a quiet enough area so therefore was not excessive. It suited us as a couple and offers great value, if you wish to use it as a base to tour out from which we did. The owner, Pablo was there to meet us apon arrival and extremely friendly and helpful. He offered great communication at the time we booked and advice on getting into the city from the airport by bus was very helpful. He lives in the appartment, one flight up and therefore on hand should he be required for any further assistance. I would highly recommend his appartment as it gave us a very pleasent stay in Palma.
