This villa has everything; Sea views from ground floor and second floor, beautifully decorated living, fully equipped kitchen, great terrace and garden area, brand new pool, well maintained garden and a cosy grill area.

When entering the house the living presents itself beautifully on your right hand side. On the left hand a small hallway and access to a guest toilet. A staircase on the right hand will lead you to the ground floor, where all spacious bedrooms are situated. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 modern marble fitted bathrooms.

The gorgeous master bedroom has a double bed and TV and gives direct access to the terrace for morning tea or workout on the trainer. The bathroom is en suite and has bath tub and bidet. The second bedroom had 3 single beds with bathroom en suite with shower and washing machine. The third bedroom has a double bed with bathroom en suite with bath tub and shower. The fourth bedroom is with 2 single beds. Two of the 4 bedrooms give access to the terrace outside.

From the terrace on the ground floor you go directly to the well maintained garden, which is divided in various different and cosy levels. You can enjoy late evenings under the covered dining area while preparing your food on a build inn gas grill. Further down you find a big newly build pool.

All in all: A fantastic home for your holiday with you family or friends.

This villa is situated only 35 minutes from Malaga Airport and approximately 8 km from Marbella Old Town. Puerto Banus takes 12 minutes by car.

There are a number of golf courses in the direct surroundings.

Prices are based on 9 persons. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
