100 metres from Playa Carabeillo, and a short walk from the Balcon de Europa. Nerja is 53kms East from Malaga on N.340. Built 2002 luxury apartment on 3rd floor (top residential floor). Views of the Mediterranean and the mountains.
Edificio Milenio has been built to the highest standards to facilitate the use of wheelchairs and has a lift to each floor. The luxury apartment has air conditioning/heating, double glazing, a large terrace running the width of the lounge and both bedrooms. Use of communal roof terrace and Andalucian patio. Cars can be parked near the building.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two double bedrooms, one with king size double bed. En suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath/shower. There is a safe. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of separate shower room/cloakroom with washer dryer. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace and are fitted with sliding shutters.
Living area
Lounge/dining room with sliding glass door to terrace that has a table and chairs for outside dining. Some English digital television channels and DVD. Music centre.
American kitchen, fridge freezer, cooker, ceramic hob with touch control, microwave and dishwasher. Well equipped with china, glass, cutlery and utensils. There are also sliding shutters.
In addition to our own terrace there is a communal roof terrace.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels provided. We do not provide beach towels.

BOOKING CONTRACT We wish to reserve Edificio Milenio Apt 2E, for the period of______ weeks,
commencing at 3.00 p.m. on Saturday_____________ and terminating at 10.00 a.m.
on Saturday ____________. We enclose booking deposit of £_________ (being
50% of the total rental due), made payable to Mrs. G.S. Martin. We accept that
the balance of __________ plus a refundable deposit of £100.00 against breakages,
damage, and failure to return the keys, will be paid on___________ not later than 8
weeks prior to departure. We also confirm that we understand that in the event of
failure to pay the balance by the due date, and/or in the event of cancellation by
ourselves, Mrs. G.S. Martin can automatically re-let the property. Should
Mrs. G.S. Martin be unable to let the property the Booking Deposit will not be
refunded.
1. Mrs. G.S. Martin regrets she cannot accept any liability or pay any
compensation where the performance of our contractual obligation is prevented or
affected by reason of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances
would include any event which we or the supplier of the services could not
foresee or avoid as, for example, civil strife, natural disaster, industrial dispute,
fire, adverse weather conditions, breakdown and all similar circumstances beyond
our control.
2. All baggage and personal possessions remain at all times and in all
circumstances at your risk. You are strongly advised to have full insurance to
cover all such items for loss or theft in all circumstances.
3. Mrs. G.S. Martin cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury
howsoever caused to any occupier or visitor to the property. All such persons are
advised to take care that such injury is not caused by equipment. It is to be
noted that proper precautions should be taken in relation to the marble and
tiled floors which are in common use in Spain and it should be ensured that
these are kept dry at all times to prevent accidents. All members of the party
are advised to take full medical and accident insurance to cover all eventualities
and this Contract is accepted by the owners on that basis.
4. Mrs. G.S. Martin has instructed the Manager to check that persons
named in the booking contract are those actually occupying the property. We
regret having to reserve this right but, unfortunately, the occupation of the
property in the past has been abused and the owners have a legal obligation over
the pool and communal facilities.
