Pleasant summer villa with private swimming pool situated a few meters away from the beach for 12 people in Calpe. The villa, totally reformed and equipped with air conditioner, has Internet connection and is situated in the urbanisation " La Caleta ", the zone close to the sandy beach of Levante, maritime walk, supermarket and restaurants. The villa has a plot enclosed and partly gardened of aprox. 800 m ². with access from the parking, with a banister, up to the swimming pool for the persons with wheelchair. The living area of the house is of aprox. 250 m² arranged on 2 floors.
Main floor: (access by stairs). Lounge/dining room with bar, Satellite television (languages : French, English, German and Spanish) and air-conditioning, exit to the balcony and to the barbecue area and the swimming pool. Independent kitchen, totally equipped with plate vitro ceramic, dishwasher, micro waves, oven, fridge-freezer, coffeemaker, toaster and other kitchen ustensils. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and air-conditioning. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and air-conditioning. 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin.

Outside : a large swimming pool of 10x5 m with built-in stairs and totally closed for the protection of the children. It is a heated pool but only in winter and spring (not in the summer). Outside shower. A zone with a covered BARBECUE. Parking on the plot for 4-5 cars.
A short distance will allow you to reach very easy the sandy beach " La Calaga " (300 m), quite as to the sandy beach and maritime walk of "Levante" (600 m), to the centre of Calpe (2,6 km) as well as to the supermarket " Mercadona " (200 m).
There is a possibility to accommodate one more person with an additional cost of 90 € for the stay. Pets are allowed with a weight lower than 12 kg with a special cost of 30 € for the stay.
