Lovely and cosy house located in a golf course in Costa Brava. Approximatetly 190 square meters , garden with swimming pool and barbeque.
Three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. Master room with badroom inside and the two other ones share a really big bathroom.
Living room ( with big TV) , dining room , fully equipped kitchen and one more room attached to the kitchen with bathroom inside.
Its also the room where we iron as it is attached to the laundry room with washing machine and drying mill.
Fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine and a big refrigerator.
The most beautiful part is its porch outside which becomes a real living room.
There’s also a dining table outside and therefore we stay all day out of the house during summer time. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the porch .
The house is located in Santa Cristina de Aro with is a village 8 minutes drive from the Beach in a very quite area, close to Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja d'Aro
The garden is well kept by a gardener who mows grass every week. And also takes care of the swimming pool.
Bikes may be included if wished, as well as a mans and a lady golf club set and trolley if desired.
