It is located right in front of the well known beer place Bierkönig. Located only 2 minutes walk from the beach and the attractions of the tourist centre of the island, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, discos, pubs, etc. The cosy house sits on a 540m2 plot where you can enjoy the swimming pool, barbecue and relax in the sun. Next to the dining room there is a large fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The 6 bedrooms and 5 complete bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal. It is extended on a plot of more than 1000 m² and is located about 150 meters from the sea and famous Playa de Palma. Villa Maravillas has an area of 300 m², distributed between two floors: the ground floor has an ample entrance hall, a large living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
