This small, rustic house is located in the coastal village of Cala Murada, the flat on the ground floor is for rent. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Murada, surrounded by palm trees, are only a few minutes' walk away. Layout The flat on the ground floor has a living area of 70 sqm and consists of a small living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 cm x 190 cm), the other has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each). The house has two flats with separate entrances. The flat on the first floor is used by the very nice, Mallorcan owners, who are always careful to ensure the peace and quiet and privacy of their guests. The connecting door between the flats is locked and the garden is for the sole use of the guests. The house has a fan in all bedrooms which functions as both heating and air conditioning.
