In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Cala Figuera with the picturesque fishing harbour and the beautiful promenade. Our guests will be able to enjoy a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a shaded terrace with a summer dining room and a beautiful garden. We make bicycles available to our guests for their use. The house is built high up, on pillars, so all the rooms are located on the first floor. The house has air conditioning and heating to guarantee comfort throughout the year. We can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. For larger families, we have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 extra child. Cot and high chair at no extra cost. This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located away from the road on a plot of approx. 5.000 sqm, completely enclosed with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí. On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven and combi fridge and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and en-suite bathroom; one of them with bath and shower. All the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. From the covered terrace on the first floor you can see the pine forests and the villas and even the sea. The living room on the ground floor opens onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden with palm trees, some olive trees and mature trees. The brick barbecue is conveniently next to the terrace. Around the pool there are terraces with enough space for sun loungers and a beautiful stone lined outdoor shower.
