Villa el Barco is a traditional and attractive two bedroom single storey villa with a private swimming pool and magnificent views all around. The villa has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom which can sleep up to 4 people. The property is located in a quiet rural area known as "Loma de las Cuadrillas". This is a nature reserve with richly planted hills, stunning scenery and numerous hiking trails. However, although it is in a remote location, the villa is a 20 minute drive from the centre of Nerja. There is also the option of driving to the smaller resort of La Herradura, a 15-minute drive away. This charming little complex offers a good variety of restaurants, shops, bars and small supermarkets next to the beach. There are also two beautiful secluded beaches at El Cañuelo and Cantarrijan (part of which is nudist) just a few minutes drive from the villa. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is really spectacular with absolutely amazing views of the bay of La Herradura. It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed only up a spiral staircase off the front terrace and so has amazing views of the bay, directly from the bed! What a way to wake up in the morning! The Master bedroom also has an en-suite and kitchenette for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning without having to go downstairs!
