A luxurious apartment with a large terrace which has fantastic views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains (snow capped for about 6 months of the year). The new Almerimar Golf Clubhouse is directly opposite. A brilliant swimming pool in sunshine all day is within minutes. Centrally placed between the marina and golf course. The marina houses a host of bars and restaurants with many varied cuisines. A superb supermarket is just 2 minutes away and two unspoilt beaches are just 5 minutes walk away. This apartment is great for a relaxing holiday with everything close at hand. Almerimar is a lovely resort where everyone is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in the superb Porto Fino residence which has been built to a very high standard and is in keeping with the style of the surroundings. When you walk into the apartment you will be amazed by the marble floors and quality of the furniture and fittings. Everything you need is provided. Wifi is included free and this is capable of streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. (Amazon firestick, Google chrome cast or similar required) There is an electric meter installed to control electricity costs. An allowance of 20 euros per week for electricity is included in the rental price. If you need to top up the meter you can buy extra cards for the meter from our agent....
