The exteriors of this house will lead you to a different world, thanks to its fields full of nature, tress, and its amazing and unique landscape where you will enjoy total privacy. You can sit at the patio to have breakfast or to read a book in peace, or to enjoy a meal prepared on the gas barbecue. The beauty of the building is extraordinary since it features the typical Mallorcan stone everywhere, from the terraces and stairs to the walls of the house. The most peculiar and, at the same time, beneficial thing is that the house is divided into two buildings. The kitchen is in one of the houses, and it is equipped with a gas stove, microwave and other kitchen utensils and appliances, including a washing machine. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room, where you can watch satellite TV from the sofa, maybe accompanied by the warmth of the wood stove when it is cold. At the second building, you will find a hall and a shower bathroom on the ground floor and, going upstairs, there are two bedroom with a fan and a wardrobe in each one. One presents a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. A cot and a high chair are also available, The surroundings of the property are just a dream. Being able to enjoy the special and beautiful exterior will be a real privilege. Surrounded by pure nature, the property features a spacious furnished terrace to spend great moments with your family or friends outdoors. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco or simply sit and taste a glass of wine revelling in the peace of the mountain and village views. There is a barbecue available but please mind that it is forbidden to light fire from May 1 to October 15 in this forest area. The natural stone highlights the charm and beauty of this two-storey house. When you enter, you find a cosy living-dining room with kitchen. Here you have two sofas to rest or relax while watching the satellite TV, listening to some music or simply with a good reading. The place is wonderful specially during the winter thanks to the the wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all the needed tools. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the bathroom. You can rest in the three bedrooms located on the inferior floor, all of them with a closet, fan and radiator. Two of them have a double bed and the last one offers twin beds. There are two bathrooms for the whole accommodation, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a tub on the inferior level.
