Nice quiet town, suitable for families with young children, but fairly little entertainment in the evening.

Good base for reaching other places. Nice beach nearby although nothing too special about the town itself. A pretty area though.

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant review

The town is nice, quiet, modern, clean. maybe, not a better place for those who want more fun, but ideal for families with little children and water sport lovers ( big nautic center). No big commerce, but there are two departement stores, fish shop, bakery, vegetables market with good choice of food. We prefered to cook at home and visited very few local restaurants, I find them overpriced and there are very few locals who speak any foreign language.

Nice cost and beaches. We visited a lovely place - Tarragona and not so lovely Tortosa (in Tortosa on Sunday there was no sign of life at all - like a dead city, even the cathedral was closed. But the castle is amazing 0 visit it another weekday)/ Tarragona is nice, a lot of things to see, the best season i suppose is 14-21 Sept., when the city celebrates its "fiesta" - Santa Tecla.
