The five bedroom villa is located directly on the beach. The garage has parking space for 2 cars and also for a laundry and ironing room. On the terrace in front of the garage there is enough parking space for three more cars. All around the building there are terraces with views to the Mar Menor. The living room and dining room have large windows with sea views and a door to another large terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a table with 10 chairs. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet. On the first floor are the five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have a shower, and one has a shower and bathtub, one bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The spiral staircase leads to a large solarium with barbecue, a large table with chairs and sun loungers. The view is beautiful, both to the Mar Menor with the islands and to the Mediterranean.
