This beautiful and well maintained holiday villa is located at the foot of the mountain Montgo and offers fantastic views of the sea, the harbor and the bay of Denia, and the castle and the mountain range. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet residential area and offers privacy. An extra-large pool (12 x 6 meters) is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and relaxation, thereby releasing the magnificent views over the bay of Denia. The center of Denia and the sandy beach of Las Marinas are about 5 minutes by car. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, keep the house cool in the hot summer months, central heating and an open fireplace provide sufficient heat for the cooler seasons. This beautiful villa of 160 m² has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. The plot on which it is situated measures 900 m² and is completely fenced. The garden surrounding the villa is made up of various plants and trees. In the garden you will find outdoor furniture, barbecue and hammocks to enjoy the pleasant summer days. The house has outdoor parking, wifi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms and central heating. On entering you find the living/dining room, very luminous and with excellent views to the garden. Next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. On this floor there are two bedrooms, the first one has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, opposite is the bathroom with shower. The other bedroom is en suite. Beautiful private finca with 3000m2 of land only 3 km from the beach. The finca boasts a large green area with lawns, orange and lemon trees and a variety of plants. The swimming pool is 5x10m with roman steps with outdoor shower and toilet and a covered barbecue with a small fridge. The house, stylishly decorated and recently renovated, has three double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. The third bedroom has the bathroom in front which has been completely renovated. All three bedrooms are air conditioned. The living room has satellite tv and has an access to a covered terrace. The villa has pellet heating and also has a wood burning fireplace to warm up the colder months. The independent kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster... everything you need for cooking. Beautiful modern villa in the mountains with wonderful panoramic sea and mountain views. The fenced plot is 1200m2 on a slope and the house can be booked for 4 or 6 persons. The Mediterranean garden is formed by palm trees, pine trees, various shrubs and lemon trees. The private pool with roman steps measures 8m x 4m, has an outdoor shower and a terrace perfect for sunbathing and in a cosy corner there is a dining area in front of the entrance of the house. The house has two floors although the ground floor is closed off and can be used for 4 people. Access to the main floor of the house is via stairs, once inside we find the large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and air conditioning. It has an exit to a furnished glazed terrace, fireplace and a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views. The independent kitchen is characterised by its modern style and has all the amenities such as microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a large two-door American fridge. The flat has two double bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed with air conditioning and the other bedroom with a 150cm bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
