One-storey villa, completely renovated (May 2011) in very quiet area in a cul-de-sac in the urbanization Serra Brava in Lloret. Modern interior with nice decoration. Living room with flat screen TV, satellite and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Villa Eden has 4 double bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds) with access to the garden and 2 bathrooms with hydro-massage shower. Large terrace with private swimming pool with sun loungers and dining table. Lounge area with shade. Good price/quality for this beautiful villa. Free wifi. Air conditioning (in some rooms) included. There is a small supermarket in the urbanisation (2 minutes drive) with fresh bakery (open in high season). The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles is a 10 minute drive away and is one of our favourites in the area! It has a small port, chiringuito, surveillance and water activities. Two good restaurants on the beach as well: the newly opened beach club Gammarus with amazing atmosphere and music, and the classic Syrius for fish and paella. * One set of bath towels per person is included * Unfortunately we do not accept groups of young people at this property.
