The Ranch Studio in the beautiful small village of El Ferrer offers exceptional value accommodation for 1 or 2 people. Fully equipped with its own small private terrace, and shared swimming pool and hot tub. It boasts it's own private entrance, a parking space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a double bed and sofa. There is also a small terrace with a small BBQ for outdoor cooking. It also has a washing machine, very useful for long stays. Right next door and in a quiet and secluded setting is the shared pool and hot tub. It comes fully equipped with all you should need for your stay, including bed linen and indoor towels. Please supply your own pool/beach towels and hairdryer if required. There is no TV. Houses are ready from 2pm on your day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 10am on your departure day. A basic welcome pack will be provided by us with a few essential ingredients, but there are many local supermarkets, though in Spain they are closed on Sundays, so if you are planning to arrive late on a Saturday, shop before you get here. Welcome to this two-hundred-year-old traditional country house, which for many years has been in the hands of a local family. Their warmth and the passing of their family history, told with love from parents to children, is captured in their rooms. Being only 300 metres from Órgiva, it is a pleasant walk of less than five minutes from town. The walk leads us to the automatically opening main gate, which when opened shows us luxuriant gardens. It was our good fortune (or perhaps fate) to acquire this rustic farmhouse, and we hope that you will be fortunate enough to visit Cortijo la Suerte. Cortijo la Suerte provides comfort, simplicity and privacy, and gives our guests an authentic experience of Spanish rural life. It has stunning views, fruit trees, own spring water, about one acre of land. It is situated on the slopes near the village of Pitres. The nearest neighbours are farmers. The large swimming pool, central heating in the living room and floor heating in the two main bedrooms are luxuries that add to the rural living style.
