The Montgrí Natural Park is 700 m away and the historic centre of L'Escala is 3.8 km away. The accommodation is distributed over 3 floors, has a garden with private swimming pool (12 x 4.70 m and 2 m deep), outdoor dining area with portable barbecue, parasol and sun loungers. The living room has air conditioning, TV with international channels and WiFi. The kitchen is open to the dining room, fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, has a Nespresso coffee machine, and an American coffee machine (filter), dishwasher, oven and exit to the outside. This accommodation has five bedrooms: three bedrooms with double bed (150 cm and 160 cm) in each one, and two bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) in each one. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. All beds offer bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows. There are two toilets, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath and shower.
