On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double and a bedroom with a bunk bed; both rooms have access to the same en suite bathroom. The lower bed of the bunk bed is only a mattress without slatted frame. All the first floor is an open area with the different sections of the main bedroom of the house: just entering there is a sitting area with balcony equipped with two divans and a TV, on the right side there are the bathroom, the double another balcony with views to the Sailing Club and the sea. On the side of the first floor there is a terrace with a mini bar where you can have a drink with your partner while enjoying the sunset.
