The 220m2 of the villa are located on a 1000m2 plot facing south-east, so each morning you can enjoy the sunrise at La Punta de la Mona. It is easily accessible by car and in a walking distance from the beach . If you are planning to arrive by car, it will be easy to park it on the street next the villa, as there is space enough.
