Chalet Moya is a charming Mallorcan villa with mountain views. Great use has been made of local stone and designs. The chalet style house, which is all on one level is bright and offers good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colours. The entrance to the chalet is directly into the lounge and dining room. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences and equipment you may need on your holiday. In the hallway there is a bright airy double bedroom and an equally bright twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night. From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing terrace which is partially covered by vines for al fresco dining and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbecue built in local stone, with an outside utility room and shower/toilet, along with covered dining area and mini fridge, ideal for alfresco dining. From here there are views towards the town. The mountains form a pretty backdrop to the villa and to the left of the property can be seen the fine old building of the Finca de Boquer.
