It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a separate well equipped kitchen with a brand new dishwasher, washing machine in the utility room & coffee machine, and a spacious lounge/diner with two comfortable sofas. This apartment has a sunny large south–west facing very large & private terrace with a view over the golf course and lake. There is air-conditioning in the living room, international cable tv and free wifi. One parking spot in the underground parking is assigned to the apartment. This is an end apartment, located on a quiet street, in a walking distance from a pool, which is literally round the corner but not in the direct neighbourhood.
