Marta's choice! My colleague Marta suggested me this villa, located in the centre of Nerja. She wanted to make a bet that this would become a very popular villa. In her opinion, our clients wouldn't mind to pay a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was and is not cheap, although the interior is rather luxury. Finally, we were able to take something off the price and made it happen... Location and outside area And our clients love the villa! Think about it: how much valuable holiday time will you will save because you don’t have to drive your rental car to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets...? Restaurants are literally a few steps away from this villa and the beach is just a 200 m walk. Now, if you still wanted to bring your rental, that isn’t a problem either. The villa has its own private outdoor parking! Traffic noise? None. No street traffic is allowed except for you and the few neighbours who have parking at their house.
