A beautiful newly refurbished beachfront villa offering 4 spacious air conditioned bedrooms, 1 with en suite shower room and toilet. Another large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine and toilet. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, indoor dining area, and a large lounge with patio doors opening up to the swimming pool and garden. (Swimming pool is unavailable from the start of November until the end of February) There is a shaded porch to relax and take a break from the sun. The 7m x 4m swimming pool is located in a spacious south facing garden with direct gated access to the promenade and beach. The is a large bbq / dining area for alfresco dining. All shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, doctors etc are within close walking distance. There is also gated private parking at the entrance of the property. An inflatable whirlpool for 6 people is available for an extra fee.
