Advice for Villa renters-How to be a good tenant

If you find a good rental villa that suits you and your family, look after it! Like it or not, during very peak times (end July & early August) owners can pick and choose exactly who rents their villa. As owners , we do note who cares for our properties and will give them first option on dates for the following year.

Well here we are in mid-May already; with the fluctuating rain and hot spells combined with less use of chemical weed killers we’re aflame. A tapestry of rioting colour lines every lane and field as the wild flowers bloom under the clear blue sky.

Say hello to our new extended search options

I have been looking forward to write this post for a long time.
We have more than 20000 daily visitors that look for the perfect holiday home for the next holiday, but sometimes it can be a very time consuming task to go through the growing number of properties on Spain-holiday.com. Especially because it previously wasn’t possible to filter on price and period.
We have had a lot of requests for these features, and finally *drum roll* , it is here - our new extended search page….
