Organic eating in Jaén
April 4th, 2013 by Carol Byrne
With all this possible Horse meat in the food chain, we’re all starting to wonder exactly what it is we eat – and most of us are becoming a little fussier about where it comes from. The general rule of thumb is if it rains or snows lightly on the Alpujarra, it will result in a layer of thick snow up there! Fancy some fresh air? Consider a Ski trip in the South of Spain – it’s not just for the beach!
