With summer quickly drawing to a close, many property owners are carrying out inventories and trying to assess how they can improve on their current bookings. Despite the optimistic increase in holiday makers to Spain in July, it is not easy to fill the availability calendar during the quieter months. Without wanting to cover all too familiar ground and belay the obvious, here are a few ‘empirically’ backed suggestions.

With our new extended search you should expect potential renters to send fewer enquiries because they now can narrow down their search better and faster. But this should on the other hand give you more bookings if you manage to adapt to this new situation.

In 2002, we started www.spain-holiday.com in English. The competition was not there and we were able to fill up the booking calendars for most of our homeowners. It was easy and the homeowners were very pleased with the response. However throughout the years we have wanted to expand and reach more holidaymakers, in which we have added the additional languages and now we suggest that you do the same.
