Costa Antigua tourist information

Just outside Caleta de Fuste lies Costa de Antigua - a much quieter area for people seeking a really relaxing holiday.
Here at Nuevo Horizonte you will find a few bars providing entertainment, some restaurants offering Italian, Chinese, British and pub-grub style food and a few mini markets. An area much more laid back and quieter than its neighbouring town.

A 25 minute walk along the scenic coastal path following the rocks will take you the 0.7 kms into Caleta town centre or you can take the cheap taxi service (about 3 Euros) or the bus - there is even a free service to take you to the beaches and shops, boutiques, restaurants and supermarket of the Atlantico shopping centre.
There are a few hotels in Nuevo Horizonte offering entertainment and Kavanaghs bar where there is nightly entertainment. But Costa de Antigua is more of a residential area - a place where you can really relax in quiet calm.

The international airport is less than ten minutes drive away and the island’s first golf course a few minutes drive (with others planned in the area in the very near future).

There is a beautiful cliff-top walk that links the resort to Caleta De Fuste, and with plans to develop the land between the resorts with a range of villas, the future of the area is becoming more and more desirable as time goes by…
