Enjoy your holiday less than 15 minutes from Murcia City, 10 minutes from San Javier (Murcia) Airport and the beautiful Mar Menor with its golden beaches. The area is blessed with some of the best scenery in southern Spain. There are many Golf Courses and places of interest close by. The development is easily accessible via the C3319 a modern dual carriageway that runs between the main A37 at San Javier and Murcia.
A major new airport to rival Alicante and Malaga has received government approval, it is anticipated that completion of the airport will be in 2006. The airport will be located in Covera slightly inland from the Valle del Sol, the residential areas surrounding the airport will be declared a no fly zone this will ensure continued quality of living for residents whilst allowing the area to expand and progress.
The Valle del Sol is situated ideally between the much publicised "Polaris World" golf development and the Mosa Trajectum (Johan Cruyff) golf and sports complex. The Valle del Sol is surrounded by typically Spanish towns such as Roldan, Balsicas and Torre Pacheco and it is only a short drive from Murcia.
