The property is modern and spacious making it an ideal holiday home for families and couples. The apartment is situated on the first floor which is accessed by stairs and a separate lockable gate for extra security. There is a large balcony/terrace at the front with an awning, ideal for dining and sitting out. Additional steps lead up to the large upper solarium where you will find sunbeds, BBQ and Pergola for sun protection with table and chairs so you can dine alfresco surrounded by the breathtaking elevated views of the mountains and sea, this is a great place to watch the sunset. The entrance door leads into the large open plan living space, which has two sofas, dining table, chairs and TV. There is a good sized modern fitted kitchen with white goods and appliances (tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher).
