The villa offers stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean-and we mean uninterrupted, you do not oversee anybody elses patio or pool, just the Mediterranean.

It’s bright, light and airy interior with huge picture windows offers spectacular sea and coastal views and enables access to the multi leveled large terraces surrounding the villa, providing a perfect holiday location. The villa is large enough to accommodate two smaller families wishing to holiday together.

LOCATION:
This villa is situated just minutes from the picturesque historical old town of Salobrena. With its whitewashed houses, narrow winding cobblestoned streets displaying colourful plants and hanging baskets, with conveniently situated bars and restaurants, all wrapping their way around this magnificent hillside, leading to the Moorish Castle perched high upon the very top, which is open to the public. From its battlements the panoramic view is breathtaking. To the south the glistening blue waters of the Mediterranean. Turning inward you can see the sugar and fruit plantations, coves, almond groves and rugged snow-capped mountains.
The new sector near to the beach also provides bars, restaurants (including beach restaurants), various water sport activities (which are available in high season), banking, postal facilities, doctors and pharmacies, plus many gift and clothes shops.
The all year round sub-tropical climate can only add to the appeal of one of Spain’s most best kept secrets – Salobrena!!

Behind you to the north is Granada (approx. 45 min drive) home to the famous ‘Alhambra’ built high in the hills, where days can be spent taking in the historical and architectural wonders. (Guided tours are made available at cost locally).

COAST/BEACH
15 minutes due west brings you to the very stylish Marina del Este with it’s quayside restaurants, shops, diving school and hand gliding facilities. It’s neighbouring town 5 minutes further along the coast Almunecar teems with life offering something for everyone. 10 minutes due east is Motril, with its wonderful architecture, beautiful gift shops, bars and restaurants.

SKI-ING
The awesome snow-capped mountains of Sierra Nevada, an excellent and extensive ski resort is a 70 minute drive, and usually ski-able from November until the end of April.

GOLF
Los Moriscos just 10 minutes away at Playa Granada, Motril, and is open to all comers.

Finally, don’t forget the picturesque walking areas in the world renowned Alpujarras.

OTHER:
