First floor contain air-conditioned 3 double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, 1 large bedroom in basement + one extra room for storage with waschine and dryer. At ground floor you will find a comprehensive kitchen (dishwasher and fridge) with open access to an open dining/living room. Outside there is a large terrace connected directly to the swimming-pool area.
Enjoy your evening drink on the 55 sqm roof terrace, with a fantastic view over the Palma Bay while you prepare for your barbeque dinner or relaxe in the sunchairs after a sunny day at the beach.

Bahia Azul is located only 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the center of Palma, 5 minutes from S’Arenal and Can Pastilla.

2 km distance to Mayoris Golf Course (designed by Nick Faldo), Other 1st class golf courses in 15-20 minutes drive (N’o one to play “Son Vida” 15 minutes distance). Es Trenc and other coveted beaches in 15 minutes driving distances. Only 5 minutes to “Aqua-park Arenal”

If you enjoy road biking you will love the fantastic cycling friendly Mallorca. From the house you got direct access to the web of old road network where you can drive between the “finca’es” at the mainland.

Deposit: 500 be charged on check in.
Payment Conditions: 50% on booking, 50 % 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If occupied by more than 8 persons. Extra charge of 100 EURO for per person. Max. persons.
