Located in the popular Miraflores in Riviera del Sol, this very large 3 bedroom south facing apartment has terraces front and rear offering wonderful panoramic views across the golf course to the sea and mountains, and is extremely well equipped to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped tropical gardens. This luxurious and spacious apartment sleeps 6 and is furnished to very high standard with marble floors throughout. The apartment consists of a large lounge with separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate guest toilet, and a fully fitted kitchen. Automatic hot and cold air conditioning is installed. The complex has secure underground parking with lifts servicing each floor of the apartment block.

The lounge opens on to both front and rear terraces and has a separate dining area with seating for 6. The front terrace enjoys the sun nearly all day. Relax in the sun loungers and enjoy the views across the golf course to the sea. The rear terrace receives the evening sun, and has spectacular views of the mountains, as well as overlooking the 18th hole and the Miraflores Golf clubhouse.

The spacious kitchen features granite work surfaces and includes a large fridge/freezer, built in oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is a separate breakfast area with table and chairs, and access to the rear terrace where an additional table with seating for 6 is provided for those who prefer to dine ‘al-fresco’.

The master bedroom has its own terrace and features a queen size double bed, separate dressing room, large en-suite bathroom containing bath, separate walk-in shower, twin washbasins, toilet and bidet. There are two further bedrooms each containing 2 single beds, large built–in wardrobes and drawer units. One has access to the front terrace and they share a fully fitted second bathroom with bath, shower, twin washbasins, toilet and bidet.

Within a short walking distance of the apartment is Las Terrazas commercial centre containing bars, restaurants, supermarket, hardware store, hairdresser, newsagent, internet cafe and cash point machine. Further shops, bank, restaurants, lively bars and the beach can be found at the bottom of the Avenida del Golf (approximately 10-15 minute walk downhill). The Miraflores Golf clubhouse is located at the rear of the apartment and is open for lunches and dinners, with entertainment usually being held on several evenings each week. Entertainment also takes place several times a week at the Club Miraflores, which is open for both lunches and dinners. Calahonda is only a few minutes drive and contains banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and nightlife to suit all ages.

Golf Gardens is surrounded by the Miraflores golf course, a testing 18 hole course designed by Folco Nardi. The driving range and golf academy are within easy walking distance. The Costa del Sol is the golfing Mecca of Europe with nearly 60 courses, including Valderrama, host to the 1997 Ryder Cup, Torrequebrada which has hosted many world class tournaments including the Spanish Open, and Alhaurin El Grande with its two 18-hole courses designed by Seve Ballesteros.

Although a car is not essential, one is recommended in order to fully explore and appreciate the area. A 10-15 minute drive takes you to the thriving towns of Marbella with its wonderful old town, and Puerto Banus where you can visit the designer shops, sample the nightlife, or just sit and admire the fabulous boats in the marina. The white pueblo of Mijas is only 20 minutes away; Gibraltar, with it’s duty free shopping is just over one hour’s drive, and historical cities of Ronda, Seville and Granada are also popular day trips. Malaga airport is 30 minutes by car.

Close by is the picturesque port of Puerto Cabopino with its beautiful Marina, wide sandy beach, beach sports, sea fishing, and excellent restaurants and bars, where freshly caught seafood is the speciality.
