Apartment Batillo is situated in the Eixample Dreta district, only 30 meters from Paseo de Gracia, with a perfect garden area and a stunning decoration. The 150m2 Barcelona apartment has been totally reformed in the end of 2009. You have the opportunity to spend a great Barcelona holiday in this exclusive apartment. In every double room you will find TV, air-condition, WIFI and exceptional spacious bed rooms.

If you need more capacity you can rent one or two suite in the back of garden. You can also choose to rent the next door apartment, which is of the same high standard and with whom you will share the stunning garden area – which is quite unique for a Central Barcelona apartment. The next door apartment has 5 bed rooms ans sleeps 10 so in total there can be rooms for up to 18 people.

The Eixample is a unique Barcelona area where you can find the most outstanding of the modernist architecture, such as Gaudí s "Sagrada Familia" church, "La Pedrera", "Casa Batlló" and "Casa Milá" museums. Just a few steps from the apartment you will find Paseo de Gracia Avenue, well known for its fashionable shops of famous brands and a great variety of "tapas" bars and sophisticated restaurants.

Apartment Batillo has an amazing location in the very heart of Barcelona, just 600 meters from Plaza de Catalunya, Las Rambla and The gothic area and 25 meters from the superb shopping street Paseo de Gracia, where you will also find many of Gaudis stunning buildings. The area is also known for it’s many splendid restaurants and boutiques, The nearest metro stations are Plaza de Catalunya (L1-L2-L3) and Paseo de Gracia (L2-L3-L4). The bus stop for direct buses to the Airport is only 50 meters away.
