Townhouse Estepona.

A nice and cozy townhouse quietly located near the beach and on walking distance to the promenade of Estepona where all amenites like shops bars and restaurants could be found.

The townhouse consists of fully open plan kitchen,a living/
dinning area gives access to a nice terrace wich again gives access to the communal gardens and lush tropical swimming pool.

There is air conditioning and satelite tv, communal gym,
and a tennis court available.


Estepona is a pleasave fishing village situated at the Costa del Sol and is 50 minutes drive from the airport of Malaga.

Estepona has 5 km of sandy beach which several beachtents and an equally long pedestrian boulevard.

Behind the promenade Estepona is still an authentic southern Spanish fishing village with restaurants, bars and terraces.

Estepona is situated at the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar. Andulusie is the most southern autonomous Spanish region and famous for its beautiful culture, foor example in towns such as Cadiz, Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga.

Estepona is situated so central that a trip car be made to all of these places.

Estepona

Huge city with no real focal point almost anonymous place, discovered Puerto Banus saved our holiday wonderful, townhouse well equipped but very noisy from next door you could hear there bathroom etc Top tip head for Puerto Banus and avoid a day out in Gibralter !
