The house its in PORTO CRISTO (Manacor), at only 100 meters from beach, sea, port, coast and at 800 meters to international caves del drach (fifteen minutes walking).

The house are in quiet area, with pine woods on the street. Porto Cristo its famous for the old and big pine woods on the street. The authorities have special attention for conserve it.

The apartment have two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace, driying place with washing machine.

The kitchen is equiped with kettle, microwave, toaster machine, sandwich machine, refrigerator etc.....

Sleeps 4 people.

The living room its equiped with sofa for sit 3 persons, two sofas for sit one person, table with chairs, television, small table in fron of the sofas.

The principal room have wardrobe and double bed. Its possible one single bed additional.

The secondary room have two single beds and wardrobe.
Drying place with washing machine in front of the kitchen, inside house.

Big terrace with table and chairs.

Porto Cristo its at only 5 kilometers from Sillot and Sa Coma and at 6 kilometers to Cala Millor and Cala Bona.

You have a large promenade at 80 meters for going to the beach, coast, port and caves.

You have other promenade (5 kilometers) exclusively for cicling or walking from Porto Cristo to Sillot.

You have markets in Manacor (10 kilometers monday morning), Sa Coma (5 kilometers wednesday afternoon), Son Servera (8 kilometers friday morning)

You can visit in Porto Cristo the Caves del Drach and the caves dels Hams.

You can make excursion with the (Bottom boat) in the port of Porto Cristo.

You have supermarket, church, petrol station, futbol place, Bus station for all directions, Taxi station, Mini train excursion, boat excursion, medical centre at only 300 meters or 5 minutes walking.

The final cleaning depending of the conditions rental. If you accept and respect de conditions rental the cost of final cleaning it's 0 euros.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

1.- The basic price, without extras, is the one appearing on the site and includes linen (one set per person), towels (2 bath and 2 hand towel per person), TV, refrigerator, kitchen equipment (according to the capacity of each property) and all stated in the web page (for example: microwave, kettle, sandwich machine, toaster�). We provide blankets if needed. The photos and information of the web page are real except possible changes in the furniture or building colour. I advise if I make special or important modifications.

2.- Every one coming have to be considerate, respectful and careful with the property, the furniture, the neighbours, the nature and the instructions of the neighbours community. (this is very important). If you break this condition, I reserve the right to cancel the contract without returning any money paid for the rental, extras or deposit.

3.- At the end of your holidays, the apartment must be in same conditions as you get it on arrival (This is very important). The linen and towels that you used the departure day it�s not necessary that you clean.

4.- You have to send deposit for booking cancellation, possible damages in the apartment, furniture, installations. If you wish to book any of the extras available you have to pay it on arrival. The deposit will be returned to you if the apartment / flat / House is in same conditions as on arrival. The cost to transfer the deposit will be on your behalf.

5.- If there were damages with a cost over the deposit, you will be charged the difference. I always check the apartment the day of departure.

6.- If you cancel your reservation and I can substitute your booking with other clients I back the deposit by bank transfer with all charges on your behalf.

7.- I dont take any responsibility of accidents happened in the apartment or any of the installations of the building. I neither take any responsibility for robberies or things taken from the apartment, if occurred. I don�t take responsibility of weather, people, neighbours, council services, government services, private services or anything that don�t depending directly of me.

8.- If inside the property have any malfunction (water, electric, appliances) the client can�t make any manipulation. Ever have to be resolved for me or technical services. The time for resolve the problems depending of the technical services.

9.- The rental finishes the last day of your reservation at 12:00 p.m. If you wish to extend the room you can pre-book a late check out until 18:00 p.m but it depending if it�s possible.

10.- In the contract, you have to write the number of people, ages, names, home address, contact telephone numbers, as well as your arrival and departure times to/from the airport. If you don�t have any of this information available you can make the reservation and send me the missing details as soon as you now them by re-faxing the booking form with all the details. I reserve the right to cancel the contract without returning any money paid for the rental, extras or deposit for the missing details of the contract, false details or increase the number of people without my consent.

11.- On arrival inside the apartment you have to pay in CASH the full amount of the rental and the extras that you pre-book (No credit cards or cheques accepted). The deposit have to do with the conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 and 12.

12.- Only can Live/Sleep inside the apartment the number of people that we according in the contract. If I detect that the number of people that live/sleep are superior of the contract, the contract be automatically cancelled without returning any money paid for the rental, extras or deposit and the client have to back immediately the keys.
