**BRAND NEW KITCHEN FOR 2012** The villa is semi detached with an outside covered terrace leading onto the large wooden terrace where there are two sunloungers and a gas bbq. there is private parking at the back of the property with enough space for two cars. The lounge/dining area has a pull out sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. There is french sat. tv on a large tele with dvd. fully equipped kitchen is large and has everything you need including oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Upstairs there are two good size bedrooms, one with direct access to the upstairs terrace which has all day sunshine. This bedroom has a kingsize double bed. The other has one single bed and another sofa bed. In the bathroom there is a large shower, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.

The house is located in a small residencial area with no high rise blocks. In the immediate area you have a supermarket with bread/cake shop attached (50m), a small lake for fishing (50m), a pool bar (150m), beach and beach bar (5mins on foot), 3 restaurants (20 min on foot), hotel restaurant/bar (300m) and 3 golf courses the closest and best only 5 mins by car. There are also excellent walking and cycle paths starting here which go on for miles passing through some of the local villages.

A little further afield you have a typical spanish working town with several supermarkets, bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. This is about 5 mins by car. Several medieval villages with some of the best restaurants in the region lie just 10 mins by car, while the whitewashed coastal villages of calella de palafrugell and llafranc are about 15 mins by car. The small resort of l'Estartit is 15 mins away where the medes island marine reserve provides some of the best diving in Spain with glass bottom boat and snorkelling trips. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants here. Its actually possible to walk from Mas pinell to l'estartit along the beach although theres is a small river mouth to wade across!!

Then there is Barcelona which is about an hour and half by car or train (station 15mins by car, 15euro ish return) and Girona only half an hour. The French border is about an hour and a quarter away where the border towns of Le Perthus/La Jonquera offering duty free shopping.
