The apartment is located on the outside of the quiet urbanisation “Vallpineda”, with security posts at every entrance / exit of the urbanisation (security guard, video cameras and security beam).
There are bus stops at both exits of the urbanisation (with services to Barcelona, Sitges Center, Sant Pere de Ribes, Villanova etc.). Sitges train station is located on a 15 min. walking distance (5-10 min by car), with train connections to Barcelona Centre (30 min) and Villanova (10 min).
There is a possibility to go by train to the airport, with 1 stop / transfer in downtown Barcelona or El Prat.
But the easiest way to go around in Sitges (and the area), is by car.

A bakery, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a bar / restaurant (with Wi-FI) are on a 10 min. walking distance. The famous Spanish Discotheque Pacha is located in Vallpineda and on a 5 min walking distance from the apartment.
There is also a restaurant in Vallpineda (5 minutes walk from the Apartment).

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. It has entrance with three (wide) stairs. The building is in total 3 floors high. There is no elevator!

There is no official parking, but always sufficient parking space on the streets, around the apartment.

The apartment is self catering, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Notes
25% of the total booking amount has to be paid within 3 weeks after booking confirmation, by bank transfer.
We ask a Euro 100 cash damage deposit when you collect the keys, which will be fully refunded in case of no costs and damages, when you return the keys.
Rest amount has to be paid before day of arrival, by bank transfer or can be paid cash upon arrival.
In case of cancellations within one month before date of arrival, we will keep the 25% prepayment as no-show charges.

1 set of bed linen & towels (per person per week) is included, but if you would like to receive more sets, you can order them through us.

1 extra towel set is Euro 6,--
1 extra bedlinen set is Euro 10,--
Rental of baby-cot (Incl. bed linen) Euro 2,50 per day
Rental of high baby-chair Euro 1,50 per day
