This villa is located in the urbanization "Carrio, located just outside the center of Calpe.
It is a detached house with plenty of space around it. Is fully close and has private parking and garage. It has open views over Calpe.
The house has adequate facilities and has two floors. Downstairs is a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. The first floor also features a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
There are three balconies and a large terrace around the swimming pool, shower and toilet. In the area there is also a barbecue house with table and chairs. There are some green areas with citrus and palm trees. This is a safe, equipped with an alarm system and automatic door. Ideal for families with young children. The urbanization is situated only 2 km from the beach, shops and restaurants can be found 1 km away.

good

very nice and touristic little town and safe. the home was nice with little exceptions like dog hair and moldy matress and smell in the bottom floor. not very clean. had to clean for 3 hours before settle in.
