A large gazebo is fitted to allow full use of this area which enjoys all day sun. Great view overlooking swimming pool. The BBQ evenings spent on the roof are all the more pleasurable with the nearby lighthouse beams interrupting the night sky and the ambiance of the underwater lighting from the pool makes for a pleasant evening.

The large, modern and fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric oven and hob, washing machine fridge/freezer, electric fan, electric kettle, teapot, toaster and an ample supply of cooking pots, dishes and glassware. Kitchen table with four chairs.

Wonderful sunny balcony accessible from master bedroom and living room. Perfectly situated overlooking the swimming pool, the balcony is furnished with wrought iron circular table and four chairs. The balcony benefits from full sun in the afternoon therefore two large sun awnings are installed for your comfort.
The mature landscaped swimming pool area has a main pool with Roman steps, children's pool, hydro pool (jacuzzi), and seating areas.
The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, buses etc. and is 10 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 5 minutes to the beach. Five minutes walk to lighthouse and magnificent views of Alicante, Santa Pola and Tabarca Island.
Gran Alacant is a mainly residential area, a mixture of villas, townhouses and apartments on a number of different urbanisations nestling in the hills above Alicante Bay. From Gran Alacant there are stunning views across the bay to Santa Barbara castle in Alicante. The area is quite cosmopolitan with an interesting mixture of nationalities – mainly Spanish, British and Scandinavian. This mixture is reflected in the bars and restaurants in the area. Spanish run tapas bars, fish restaurants and pizzerias are close by. Gran Alacant has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also those looking for something a bit more active. There is a nature reserve/bird sanctuary providing interesting walks and the lighthouse is just a short distance away from the apartment. The local market is held every Thursday morning.
Doctor's surgery/health centre and pharmacy are less than a kilometer away.
A tourist road train runs on a circular route around Gran Alacant stopping at the Commercial Centre (large supermarket and shops), Carabassi beach, pubs, restaurants and other residential areas. This is an open carriage road train thoroughly enjoyed by both children and adults. The stop for this is approximately 350 meters from the apartment. A frequent bus service is also available from this stop for journeys to Santa Pola and Alicante.
