The daily rental price includes the cleaning service and a 24 hour housekeeper service.

The house, which has elevator as well, is divided in 5 floors as it followes:

- On the basement floor there is the Discotheque and the Wine Cellar
- On the ground floor there is the living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and the garden with the barbeque
- On the first floor you can find the suite with jacuzzi, a guest room and the office
- On the second floor you can find other 2 guest rooms, and a gym with Finnish and Turkish sauna
- On the terrace there is the swimming pool
