This is a lovely modern apartment and we highly recommend it for your stay in Estepona marina. It is clean, comfortable and well furnished. The lounge has two cream leather sofas and English Sky TV is provided. From the terrace there are fantastic views out to sea across the popular Cristo Bay. The master bedroom has has a full en suite bathroom while the second twin bedroom has a bathroom with an easy-to-use step-in shower. The views of Africa and Gibraltar from the balcony are stunning. The kitchen is also very modern and has views out to sea. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there are lifts to all floors directly from the parking with your own allocated space. If you walk past the communal pool there is direct access to the beach and to the marina via secure gates. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the port which allows you all the benefits of being close by but without the noise or the hustle and bustle.

A 30% deposit is required and payable within 7 days of booking and is in cash into our company bank account or by credit card (subject to 1.5% bank charge). The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival/in Euros cash on arrival/by credit card on arrival (Subject to 1.5% bank charge) Most credit cards accepted including American Express. The Refundable security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card and is returned to the same card within seven days of departure(Subject to no loss or damage)
