Self-catering, luxury, two bedroom second floor apartment with front line golf terrace, an ideal base for golf & beach holidays, eat al-fresco & enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the course. Fully airconditioned and centrally heated for the cooler months. Every need catered for including beach towels, sunbeds, sets of golf clubs available for a nominal fee. Underground electronic parking to keep the car cool in the summer with lifts straight up to the front door. Owners live locally so can help with any queries. The nearest Olympic sized pool is one minute walk from the apartment with some 10 others to choose from throughout the resort. There is a comprehensive video library available with the ability to play DVD's and CD's. Satellite TV and internet access in apartment.

Small cleaning and linen charge of €60 is payable upon arrival. Paypal available at 3.5% charge. Payment preferably in euros but pounds will be accepted. Any bookings for 5 days or less over a bank holiday period will incur an additional €50 charge.
